Mindreader and life coach offers the service for burnt-out performers, workers and locals
Fringe performer and life coach Peter Antoniou is offering coaching and therapy sessions for anybody in Edinburgh affected by the stresses of the Fringe Festival.
Suitable for performers, press, bar staff, promotors, audience members and locals, Antoniou will use a combination of hypnotherapy, strategic intervention and crisis management to take participants through processes that will leave them feeling empowered and ready to change harmful patterns.
His techniques are suitable for dealing with anxiety, stage fright, phobias, goalsetting, conflict resolution, or even something as simple as help with quitting smoking, in hour-long sessions that should go a way towards helping participants reach their full potential in what can be a hectic and stressful time of year.
Antoniou will be around for the duration of the festival, although he has limited time because of his two shows (Peter Antoniou: Happy Medium and Séance), so if you would like to take advantage of his services, you can contact him at info@isyourmindsafe.com or tweet him at @isyourmindsafe.
While Antoniou's services are one option, if you, or someone you know, are struggling, here is a list of organisations you can contact:
