Comedian raises important political points and offers a solution to Britain's overpopulation
In this day and age where everyone has their own opinions on the current state of overpopulated Britain, who should stay, who should go (and can’t we all just get along?). Pete Cain may have just come up with the perfect solution: everybody out! Apparently it’s time for a complete overhaul of this joint and a revolution while we’re at it.
A topical hour where he raises very important points regarding the economy, immigration and the impending Scottish referendum, these are points people need to hear. This could potentially be a tad heavy for certain Fringe goers but luckily Cain balances things out after revealing his sillier side by giving a brief yet amusing overview of waving etiquette – it’s fascinating just how many unwritten rules there are associated with this particular hand gesture.
Throughout the show we see Cain’s deadpan demeanour get stripped away to reveal an optimist who just wants Britain to be a great country again. There is an excessive, albeit extremely clever, use of the c-word throughout so those easily offended be warned.
