While never asserting bigotry is restricted to rural Britain alone, these seven playlets examine an unspoken passive apartheid existing in the countryside. Some of these monologues, which, on the whole treat their controversial subject with sensitivity, are masterfully crafted, the production providing an interesting insight into the age-old city/countryside divide.
