Owen O’Neill has the voice and poise of a natural storyteller as his relaxed, Irish lilt makes the tiniest anecdote appear as if he’s accepting you as a confidante. Unfortunately, the material presented doesn’t back up his assured performance. O’Neill promises us ‘some poetry and some stories,’ many of which are outstanding. However, the more rambling moments suggest this is a good half hour show. (Siân Bevan)
