Spurred on by a captivating central performance, this one-man staging of Franz Kafka's short story is a theatrical treat. It's the story of a monkey who - faced with the prospect of a lifetime of captivity - teaches himself to emulate man. The eponymous hero is a mesmerising figure, though the production can get a little suffocating in its intensity.
