The oldest Fringe venue constantly in operation, situated in the centre of town, just round the corner from George Street, two minutes walk from New Town Theatre and three minutes from the Assembly Rooms and Edinburgh International Book Festival. It has been used as a festival venue for 37 years, 20 of those under the management of Tomek Borkowy and Universal Arts. It is a firmly established landmark on the Fringe goers' map.
