This festival within a festival celebrates the breadth of ballet from classic to contemporary. Featuring a diverse mixture of world premières, including work from Scottish Ballet, Scottish Dance Theatre and Gelabert Azzopardi Companyia de Dansa. Part of Edinburgh International Film Festival.

Took the kids off the Mile for an hour today and along with a couple of other harassed mums laughed my socks off at Not So Grimm fairly tales which is on in one of the smaller theatres in the Gilded Balloon. Typically the boys thought the windy witch was the funniest. Plenty of joining in and cast showed lots of energy. Saw the same company's Alice in Wonderland last year and we enjoyed that but I think this is better.
