Stick Stock Stone Dead

Stick Stock Stone Dead takes a compelling new approach towards the classic and disturbing Grimm fairy tale 'The Juniper Tree'. Using exciting new music and physical theatre, CrazySchemeTheatre recreate this gripping portrayal of loss, jealousy, murder and redemption. This arresting piece was originally created in a Youth Music Theatre Scotland project in Summer 2011, with both the music and original script written entirely by people under the age of 18.

CrazySchemeTheatre, a YMTS young company comprised of Scottish performers between the ages of 18–24, showcase their own adaptation of this original and imaginative piece of work in their first run at the Fringe. Their reinvention will showcase the original music written by young people by setting it against an innovative and newly devised script.
