Oedipus - The Hour

Sophocles' Oedipus tells the story of a king who was once told a prophecy that he would murder his father and marry his mother. In a desperate attempt to prevent this from happening he fled his home. However, unbeknown to him, by doing this he became a step closer to fulfilling the prophecy. This ancient text has been rewritten and reworked by Minotaur Theatre Company. In what promises to be an innovative and intensely theatrical production, we hope to tell you the tale in a way that you have never seen or heard it before. All ages. Contains adult content.
