Buddhist Meditation

The participants will have the option of either meditating on chairs or on cushions on the floor. Some instruction on posture will be given. In one of the practices we focus on the breath to help develop concentration and awareness in general. In the other, we use imagination to encourage feelings of confidence and appreciation for oneself and others. We will have some time to discuss our experiences. Tea and biscuits will also be offered at the end. Ages 14+.
