The Philosopher's Arms is a very special pub where moral dilemmas, philosophical ideas and the real world meet for a chat and a drink. Matthew Sweet is joined by experts and a live audience to think through classic philosophical puzzles and explore how they matter to the contemporary world. En route they'll discuss the ideas of some of the great thinkers, everyone from Ayer to Zeno, and try to challenge some of the moral assumptions and intuitions that we carry around with us.Please Note - This is a free event ticketed via a random draw.
