Alice in Wonderland
After the success of their 2009 tour of Hans Christian Anderson's 'The Little Mermaid', Uncontained Arts return with this new production of another much-loved classic children's tale. Alice's adventures begin as she abandons her grassy bank one blissful summer's afternoon to follow a white rabbit underground, where she meets all kinds of strange and wonderful characters, taking tea with The Mad Hatter and playing croquet with The Queen of Hearts. Expect the unexpected in this delightful and imaginative version of 'Alice', using a magical mix of music, a burst of energy and an explosion of colour to bring to life the original story of Alice's extraordinary adventures.

There is nothing else to say about this show except that it is absolutely brilliant - you were captivated before the show started and mesmerised all the way through until way after leaving the theatre - 3 actors created a twist on the original story that lost nothing of the old but brought the whole thing into the 21st Century - an inspired performance - don't miss it !!

We took our twin 9 yr old daughters to see this show at the Buxton Opera house and they were amazed from start to finish. They got to meet the cast and the spell lasted for days they didn't stop singing the songs for at least a week and to be honest.... neither did we! Even as an adult I loved every minute of it.
great performances all round! brilliant show!
