Nick Cave makes Irregular appearance in Edinburgh

No, you didn’t just hallucinate that. Nick Cave’s popping down to the Roxy. This Canongate Books/Edinburgh International Film Festival multimedia event brings the Aussie music/film/literature icon, who will be reading from his novel, The Death of Bunny Munro, plus author David Whitehouse will also be reading from his forthcoming novel Bed, as well as screening his short film The Archivist. The Aliens’ Jed Milroy will be supplying some tunes, and there’ll be an exclusive first look at interview footage with ‘godfather of hip hop’ Gil Scott-Heron, from Ridley Scott’s RSA Films. Ah, cultural catnip for muso nerds everywhere.
